Tips for Writers

This is the area where you will find useful tips and advice on all aspects of writing, no matter what your age or level of experience.

This site is very new,
but eventually I think this will be the largest area.

I hope to provide useful tips for:

Children - to help them enjoy writing

--ooOoo--

Adults who write purely for pleasure

--ooOoo--

Those who wish to make money
from their writing

--ooOoo--

People who would like to have
their work published

--ooOoo--

There is, however, much more of the site left to build.

Here are some ideas to start with, and I'll add more as soon as I can.

I hope you find these articles useful. Please let me know if you do.

If you leave me a message I will let you know when I have added some more.

If there are particular things you would like me to write about, please let me know.

And Now For The Title ...

Write A Book In A Day

Editing a Picturebook

A 'first draft' of 'The Wind Goes on Holiday' (from the 'Just Finished' section) with links to three other versions, with discussion of its probems, and a solution - the final version.
See if you agree. Compare them all.
